Sensory processing disorder difficulties can make that hard for people to process the senses around them. Often, sensory input like sounds, touch, smells, sights, and tastes can be too much for those with SPD. This can lead to a range of responses, such as difficulty focusing, seeking out certain sensory input, or struggling with with motor skills.
